a note from Higgins’ Kevin Fish…

Happy New Year Friends,

With the imminent release of Straight A’s looming around us, I come to you with even more exciting Higgins news! 

Firstly,

Higgins will be returning to  Maxwells on January 19th in Hoboken NJ.  We were asked to join a lineup of excellent bands by our old friend Shawn Towey (god I love that guy).  Shawn’s new band is called  Wreaths, and they rule. Secondly,
Higgins take Petes Candy Store in Brooklyn with the very talented song man Bob Parins on January 23rd. Starts at 9pm http://www.facebook.com/events/242766262463076/

Lastly,
Higgins will partake in the 2cnd Serious Business Rock & Roll Revue on January 28th at Littlefield in Greenpoint Brooklyn.  We will again join our brother bands/label mates Rocketship Park, Benji Cossa and The Unsacred Hearts.  This will be a continuation of the spirit that made the last one so fun for those who participated.  We are doing a Traveling Wilbury’s theme!  That’s right!  We will being playing the cream of the crop Wilbury jams and songs spanning the careers of each individual Wilbury.  Why?
